Payment
I only work once I determine the price and you pay upfront 50% first then the rest of 50% after you approve the sketch.I will refuse any commission that is out of my ability or I cannot deliver.I don't take refund once I render—unless it's from my reasonable problems.For now, I only accept Paypal.
Rights
I own the creative rights to all my art and designs.Please credit me when you post my art!For personal use only - Do not print or use for commercial right. If you want to print with no commercial use, please DM and ask me first.If you intend to use it for commercial purposes, prices will differ.Except commercial rights/private art, I have the right to post WIP/Art crop/Full Art (with watermark and lower quality) and add it to my portfolio.
Revisions
3 revisions is free during SKETCH process.After 3 times, additional changes/revisions will charge 5$.After sketch and during render, only minor revisions are allowed.If I made a mistake because the ref's not clear then it's not my fault. So please provide a clear reference!Please watch and check the sketch overall so I can fix in one go.I only do revision free if it's my fault for drawing details in a wrong way.
Deadline
I will try to deliver within 2 weeks - 1 month (start after sketch approval). Thanks for your understanding.If you have an earlier deadline within TOS, please provide me with a reasonable deadline. If it's way too early, I will add rush fee.In case it's overdue, I will refund 100% or you can receive art and a 50% refund (Deadline will add around 2 weeks). I'm very sorry if this situation happen to you.I will initially update the major process!To avoid prolonging the deadline, please reply and check the sketch as soon as you can!
Process
After the payment, I will send Rough Sketch -> Sketch Color -> Full rendered.You are feel free to DM me about the process! (Once in a few days)I have my own personal life, so sometimes updates can be small or big. But I will ensure to finish within deadline!
